Here are our most frequently asked.

  • We do not charge anything additional for strategy and advising. These are complimentary services we provide to ensure you receive the utmost care throughout your home buying or refinancing journey.

  • Our Mortgage Strategist is personally licensed in:

    CA, CO, DE, FL, MD, TX, VA, (OK pending).

    However, should you need support outside of the above mentioned states, our division has originators that support 49/50 states. We would be happy to connect you with an incredible mortgage professional that can serve you!

    • Complete loan application

    • Income documents

    • Asset documents

    • Government issued Photo ID (non-expired)

    • Credit inquiry

    • Additional items or info may be required.

  • We get it! It can take a while to find THE ONE. We also understand some folks prefer to prepare well in advance and may not be ready to facilitate anything just yet, despite being pre-approved.

    This being the case, generally speaking we like to leave our client's loan files open for roughly 1 year after their pre-approval meeting.

    However, it is important to know that there are approval items that have a "shelf life". These items must be updated prior to being issued an updated pre-approval letter, and submitting any formal offers on a home.

    • Credit reports expire every 120 days from the date of the initial credit inquiry.

    • Paystubs are only valid for 30 days.

    • Bank statements are only valid for 30-60 days (most recent 2 months).

    • W2's and or Tax Returns must be valid for the most recent 2 years.

    • You must have a non-expired form of government issued photo ID.

  • We extend a few resources for credit repair, both in house and from our trusted third party partners. We will make a resource recommendation based on your specific credit needs.

  • We do not provide financing solely for land.

    However, if you are purchasing a new construction home where the purchase of the land is included in the purchase price of the home that is being constructed, we can absolutely help you!
